Bellanina Covid-19 Procedures
What We Need From You:
• If you or anyone you have been in contact with has displayed symptoms or tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days you will not be allowed entry.
• You must wear a mask to enter the spa.
• Your temperature will be checked upon arrival.
• No additional patrons may accompany you for appointments; family, friends, children, pets, etc.
• All clients must remain 6’ apart, please follow the lotus guides displayed on floor.
• If you are at high-risk of severe illness, we recommend you reschedule all appointments for a later date.
What We Always Do:
• Sanitize all equipment, tools, implements, supplies & surfaces after each client with CDC recommended products.
• Launder all sheets and towels, with bleach, after each client.
What More We’re Doing:
• Interaction with the concierge staff will take place behind a Plexiglas guard.
• All employees will be wearing masks at all times.
• All therapists will be wearing safety goggles during services that require clients to remove their mask.
• All public areas, including; doors, counters, etc., will be wiped down on an hourly basis with CDC recommended products.
• All counters will be sanitized after each client.
• Under current LARA guidelines we are temporarily required to prohibit all product/merchandise returns
