& CANCELLATION POLICY:
Prices subject to change without prior notice. Please be aware that treatment times include intake and homecare recommendations by therapists. If you are a first-time client, extra time is allotted to assess your needs.
Gratuities accepted in the form of cash or check made out to therapist.
A credit card number or gift card is required for all reservations. We abide by our cancellation and “no show” policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance for single services and 48 hours in advance for multiple services. Failure to honor our policy will result in a charge to the credit card or forfeit of the gift card for all clients as follows: No show or less than 24 hour cancellation for single service or less than 48 hour cancellation for multiple services—First time, 50% of service fee; thereafter, 100% of service fee. To ensure that you receive the spa treatment and therapist when you want them, we recommend that you book your appointment well in advance.
